Fly Non-stop between Chandigarh and Mumbai with GoAir Ticket Booking

GoAir, the aviation foray of the Wadia Group, is planning to commence operations of non-stop flights between Chandigarh and Mumbai from July 3rd, 2014. The official confirmation of this news was made by the company during a press conference. The low-cost carrier (LCC) is expanding its network in the regional map to offer better connectivity with air ticket across cities and utilise its fleet efficiently, according to reports. One of the top officials of the air service provider confirmed that the airline will have more than 15 departures every week. This will upgrade connectivity to cities like Bengaluru, Ahmedabad, Chennai, Kochi, Goa and Nagpur via Mumbai.

The carrier is also planning to commence international operations, mainly to the South East Asia and Middle East, by the mid of next fiscal. The Wadia Group has taken several significant steps towards boosting GoAir ticket booking in the ongoing annual session. The no-frills airline has announced some significant promotional schemes to attract increased traffic. In a bid to improvise upon services and enhance turnover, the budget carrier recently declared that it is planning to enhance its capacity by more than 20 per cent. One of the top officials of the airline said that the airline is pondering over certain objectives to accomplish its goals under the Vision 2015 plan.

The main agendas include expansion of network across cities, offering sustainable and attractive airfare, high model utilisation, as well as implementation of cost-efficient structure. The company executive further added that the government should consider slashing down the heavy taxes on aircraft fuel as this will help in making the airfare more affordable for the mass. It is being predicted that with the steady implementation of growth plans and correct marketing strategies, this budget airline might soon emerge to be one of the thriving international carriers.
